BEFORE
The patient reported to us with an old crown on upper front tooth. The crown has been made on an allergenic (causing the cyanosis of gums) steel base, which looked artificial and was not well shaped and interfered with the aesthetics of the whole smile.
AFTER
We have employed the teeth cleaning and whitening processes. The old crown has been replaced with a biocompatibile, perfectly tolerated by the body zirconium crown, perfectly corresponding with its colour and translucency to other teeth. Our patient has been very satisfied with the final effect.

The problem the patient has reported with were lots of dental fillings and lack of a couple of teeth on lateral sections of oral cavity. The additional challenge was lowered occlusion causing grinding of the lower incisors and frequently bleeding gums.
AFTER
All-ceramic crowns and bridges have been fabricated on a hypoallergenic zirconium base. Simultaneously the bite was elevated by placing the light curing composite material over the grinding surface of the molars. The patient started to articulate sounds properly.

The patient reported to us with very much discoloured and filled teeth. The additional problem the patient has been dealing with for many years, was lowered occlusion, which has also been the cause of slurred speech.

The patient reported with a bridge made years ago, on very visible teeth 22-23. The bridge did not meet the patient’s aesthetic requirements in terms of representation of her natural tooth.

AFTER
Having removed the unaesthetic bridge the patient has reported with, we made a completely new porcelain bridge on a zirconium base. We managed to achieve the natural enamel translucency sensation and the colour of the teeth connected by the bridge. The patient regained the naturally beautiful smile and self-confidence.

Main indication to place crowns and bridges was a vast damage of the patient’s natural teeth. The patient has undergone numerous root canal treatments. There have been many faulty dental fillings in the oral cavity.

The patient has not restored the missing teeth up to now, due to allergic response to metals. The patient’s expectation towards us was to fabricate large and bright bridges.

AFTER
Porcelain crowns and bridges placed on a hypoallergenic zirconium base have been fabricated to restore the missing teeth in the dental arch. The framework was made with computer design method and the CAD/CAM milling, available in Cleardent Protetyka Katowice. In the picture we see crowns perfectly mimicking the natural enamel. Bright pink gums confirm the lack of allergic response to the applied prosthetic work.
